My name is Vitaly, and I personally design and craft every wallet I sell. The idea behind “Rugged Miles” wallet was simple: to create a handmade full grain leather bifold wallet that’s unapologetically strong, practical, and timeless — something you can carry every day for years, knowing it will only get better with age.

This isn’t about trends or clever gimmicks. It’s about honest craftsmanship, real materials, and a form that follows function.

Premium Full Grain Leather, Inside and Out

I use full grain vegetable-tanned leather from Italy — firm, dense, and full of character. It holds its shape, develops a deep patina over time, and doesn’t require special care. The flap is made from 7.5 oz leather (about 3 mm) for structure and protection. The inside components are 5 oz (about 2 mm), which keeps the wallet balanced in hand and in pocket.

The exterior is a deep emerald green, finished by hand with layered dyes and natural waxes, giving it a rich, aged look. Inside, you’ll find saddle tan card pockets with their patina. All edges are hand-burnished, waxed, and polished — the kind of detail you won’t find in factory-made wallets.

No two wallets are exactly the same — each one is hand-colored and hand-finished, making yours genuinely one of a kind.
And this wallet doesn’t need to be pampered—each new crease and the noble patina only add to its charm!

Exceptionally Functional

This wallet comfortably holds:

• 25–35 full-size bills (in two separate cash compartments)
• 13 cards in total, including two quick-access slots — one on the front flap and one on the back panel.

These two outer slots are designed for your most-used cards. You can access them instantly, without opening the wallet — and they stay put, no matter how you move.

The overall footprint is minimal for a wallet this capable, but I didn’t cut corners on leather thickness. Rugged Mils isn’t ultra-thin — it’s ultra-reliable. I designed it for people who want lasting function without compromise.

The wallet’s width is designed to fit all major currencies: Euros, US, Canadian, and Australian dollars, British pounds, Swiss francs, and more.
The cash compartment features two sections, making it easy to organize your bills.

Choose your stitching style

When adding the wallet to your cart, please select your preferred stitching method.
I offer two options: hand stitching and machine stitching.
Machine stitching doesn’t affect the wallet’s durability in any way, but it does reduce the price by saving production time.
