My name is Vitaly, and I personally design and craft every wallet I sell.

The idea behind the Rugged Miles wallet was simple: to create a handmade full‑grain leather bifold that is unapologetically strong, practical and timeless — something you can carry every day for years, knowing it will only get better with age.

This isn’t about trends or clever gimmicks. It’s about honest craftsmanship, real materials, and form that follows function.

Premium full‑grain leather, inside and out

I use Italian vegetable‑tanned full‑grain leather — dense, firm and full of character. It holds its shape, develops a deep patina over time, and doesn’t need any special care. The outer flap is made from leather around 2.5 mm thick (about 6–7 oz) for structure and protection. The interior pieces are about 1.6 mm thick (around 4 oz), which keeps the wallet well balanced both in the hand and in the pocket.

I hand‑dye every wallet, so each one has its own character. All edges are hand‑burnished, waxed and polished — the kind of finishing you rarely see on factory‑made wallets.

No two wallets are ever the same — each one is hand‑coloured and hand‑finished, which makes yours truly one of a kind.

And this is not a wallet you need to baby — every new crease and layer of noble patina only adds to its charm.

Size for any banknotes

I can make this wallet in different sizes. If you plan to use US, Canadian or Australian dollars, choose size S at checkout.
If you need a wallet for euros, British pounds or Swiss francs, choose size M.
I can also build the wallet exactly to your banknote width — just write the width in the order comments.

You can also choose how many cash compartments you want: one or two.

Choose your stitching style

When adding the wallet to your cart, please select your preferred stitching method.
I offer two options: hand stitching and machine stitching.
Machine stitching does not reduce the wallet’s durability, but it does lower the price by saving production time.

If you plan to use two quick‑access cards, choose the version with the rear pocket slot. In this case, the wallet will have two identical quick‑access pockets — one on the front and one on the back.

If you only need one quick‑access card, choose the “no rear slot” option. In this version, the wallet will have a single quick‑access pocket on the front.
