Returns
I want you to truly enjoy your wallet — but if something isn’t quite as expected, I’m here to help.

I stand behind the quality of my work. If your item has a defect or doesn’t match the description, you’re welcome to return it at any time for a full refund or exchange.

I provide free return shipping for eligible returns.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

To request a return, just email me with your order number and a short description of the issue. I’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Exchanges
Didn’t love the color? Want to change something? No problem.

I offer a free one-time exchange — I’ll make a new item exactly the way you want it and replace the original at no extra cost, including shipping.
