Returns

We want you to be truly happy with your purchase.

• If your item has a defect or doesn’t match the description, I will offer a fair solution — repair, replacement or refund, depending on the situation. I always stand behind the quality of my work and handle such cases even beyond the standard return period whenever it is reasonable. If you are ordering from the EU or the UK, you also have a 14‑day right of withdrawal for online purchases, separate from any rights you may have in case of defects

• The refund is processed within 3 business days after the returned item has been delivered to us and inspected, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to cancel the purchase (where EU/UK withdrawal rules apply).

• To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and a short description of the issue.

Not happy with the color? Want a different version?

We offer a free one-time exchange — we’ll remake the item to your specifications and replace the original at no extra cost, including shipping.

To request an exchange, just contact us via email and we’ll work with you to create something you’ll love.
