Returns
We want you to be truly happy with your purchase.
If your item has a defect or doesn’t match the description, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange — even after the standard return period. We stand behind the quality of our work.
Return shipping is free for eligible returns.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the item has been received and inspected.
To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and a short description of the issue. You’ll receive a prepaid return label and return instructions.
Exchanges
Not happy with the color? Want a different version?
We offer a free one-time exchange — we’ll remake the item to your specifications and replace the original at no extra cost, including shipping.
To request an exchange, just contact us via email and we’ll work with you to create something you’ll love.
