We offer free international shipping on all orders — no matter where you are in the world.

Our workshop is located in Europe (Serbia), and all orders are shipped via national postal services with tracking.

Production Time

Each item is handcrafted to order.
Please allow up to 7 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Time

  • European Union: 10–14 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7-12 days

  • USA & Canada: 12–21 business days

  • Australia & Asia: 12–21 business days

  • Rest of the World: 2–4 weeks depending on location

Shipping times may vary slightly due to customs or postal delays.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Import duties and taxes

Orders are shipped from Serbia (non-EU country). Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.

To keep your customs fees as low as possible, we usually declare a symbolic value on the package. If you'd like us to declare the full amount, please leave a note at checkout.

Important notice for customers in the USA:

Unfortunately, due to the introduction of new U.S. customs regulations, shipping from Serbia to the United States is temporarily unavailable.

Shipping to all other countries is free and continues as usual.
