Shipping Policy

We offer free international shipping on all orders, no matter which country you live in, except for the USA (unfortunately, due to the new US customs duties, free shipping by standard post is currently technically impossible. For now, only paid shipping is available).

Our workshop is located in Europe (Serbia), and all orders are shipped via national postal services with tracking.

Production Time

Each item is handcrafted to order.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Time

European Union: 10–14 business days

United Kingdom: 7-12 days
USA & Canada: 12–21 business days

Australia & Asia: 12–30 business days

Rest of the World: 2–5 weeks depending on location

Shipping times may vary slightly due to customs or postal delays.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Important notice for customers in the USA:

Unfortunately, due to the newly introduced US customs duties, free postal shipping to the USA is currently unavailable.

At the moment, only paid shipping is possible at a cost of 40-50 USD.

I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, which is beyond my control!
